Hudson Heritage Quilters
Quilters of the St. Croix River Valley area of Wisconsin and Minnesota gathering together for inspiration, education, and sharing the enjoyment of quilting.
Who We Are
Hudson Heritage Quilters is a nonprofit organization and a creative community built around a shared love of quilting. We bring together people with different backgrounds, experiences, and styles to learn, create, and connect through the art of quilting.

Some of our members have been quilting for decades. Others are just beginning. What unites us is curiosity, creativity, and the belief that quilting is better when it’s shared.

"Our Mission is to promote the exchange of ideas among those who love quilts, by sharing techniques and skills, encouraging each other to aim for high standards of design and technique, and to stimulate interest in quilting in the greater St. Croix Valley area."
This mission guides our programs, events, and community outreach throughout the year.

What We Do
We gather regularly to learn, create, and connect through quilting. Our activities are designed to be approachable, flexible, and meaningful — supporting both skill-building and creative exploration.
Members can participate in monthly hybrid meetings (in person or via Zoom), hands-on workshops, sew-ins, special events, and quilt shows. Whether you’re looking to learn something new, finish a project, or spend time with other makers, there’s space for you here.

-
Share finished projects (or works in progress)
-
Ask questions and get advice

-
Celebrate wins and troubleshoot challenges together
It’s relaxed, supportive, and member-driven — it's a great way to stay connected wherever you are!
HHQ Mentoring Program
Our mentoring program connects members who want to learn with members who want to share their skills.
Whether you’re looking to build confidence or dive into a specific technique (such as machine embroidery or appliqué) mentoring offers a personalized way to learn at your own pace.

Members can participate as mentors, mentees, or both. Interest and participation are coordinated through the website contact form or by emailing the guild directly.
